Pros

This company has given me the chance to learn a lot. Managers are always looking for problem areas to improve. Everyone that works here from employees to managers are great people and really make working remote a positive experience. I would recommend this company any day.

Cons

Working remote can be difficult, but ensuring you have a set schedule can enforce discipline. Since this is a growing company, there are constant changes but in a good way! Tons of improvement happening daily.
