Pros

Paid hourly training but don't be fooled.

Cons

The company is very unorganized. The managers don't really seem to care about your progress or about even being there during the meetings. The people who work there are genuinely surprised if you sign the lengthy confusing contract for employment because it's a bad deal. You will get a lot of encrypted answers to questions, emails with no response and just plain ignored. If you decide it's not the place for you, the contract they make you sign says you'll owe them up to $1,500 for "contracting fees". I don't remember any real contracting being done during my short time there but now I am more in debt trying to work for this company when I was desperate for a job in the first place. I wouldn't. Please read the contract CAREFULLY maybe with a lawyer and refuse to sign it if you don't 100% agree. Which is a very weird thing to have to do in order to seek employment. Please be careful. I never write bad reviews but I want to warn people to not end up in my same situation. It seems like the company lures in desperate people to take advantage of.

We license our sales agents in up to 50 states and because of the expense, which is approximately 5k, we do require some of those fees be paid back if you leave prior to one year. This type of contract is typical in our industry.
