Pros
Free lunches, weekly massages, workout time, fully paid for benefits & a positive environment. You are surrounded by so many motivated people and workers all of who get along great. The company culture is amazing. I made many friends there that I am still close with. - You actually know who the CEO is and get to have weekly motivating stand-ups with the company. I was able to go on multiple fancy dinners with the CEO and top sales people as a reward for doing my job. Additionally, the CEO would put on optional training classes monthly to attend if we wanted to learn more about creating our own business, business analytics, management etc! They truely care about us as workers, and make it obvious when they take the time out to reward us. If you stick with the company your chance of promotion are high.
Cons
The hours were why I left, I am a workaholic and loved the company. But found my own health declining from the hours. HOWEVER, I now know that they have reduced the hours and have heard that it is much more maintable now!
