7yThank you for your feedback and for noting some of the wellness initiatives we have been fortunate enough to offer our employees. As a current employee, you know that we are a culture that tries to support everyone’s health journeys, whether they are starting to work on their health to having been health-conscious for years. To that end, we hope to provide the opportunity for employees to engage as much or as little with the perks like dedicated workout time, catered healthy lunches, etc to the extent they are interested. To your concerns about the culture and expectations, please know that we care deeply about each of our employees and are dedicated to supporting our employees at each moment of their time here. As with any rapidly growing startup, we strive to have respect for our people and work to co-create an environment where we can implement feedback about what is working and not working.
