      Pros

      The only pro is the training they provide

      Cons

      Toxic environment Unfriendly culture Unsupportive Heavily KPI driven (it's a sales job which obviously will be KPI driven, but doesn't need to be so toxic and competitive) Poor management Mentally draining Salary is quite poor too considering their expectations Also favouritism is common amongst management

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
