Great training, from day 1 I have felt like I am running my own business with the support of a Plc. Progression is there for anyone who wants it and I love that I have complete control over my pay - if I stay late I am rewarded.
Cons
Long hours but that would be the same anywhere in the industry and don't see this as too much of a downside as i see the reward in my pay!

Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.
Cons
Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
