Leadership very capable and knowledgeable business wise. Continuous training available.
Cons
Excessive workload. Very poor IT systems impairing the fast-paced work demand. Lack of openness to change processes. Micromanagement. Traumatising 1-2-1 meetings. Office working arrangements not supporting neurodivergent employees, despite requests made. Pressure to follow office culture behaviours not akin to diverse workforce (neurodivergent, culturally different employees)
