Pros

Good incentives.. but only if you enjoy binge drinking. Promotions are encouraged but probably only because it will give the office a boost. Most of the staff are nice (excluding some management and some office mean girls).

Cons

Totally unrealistic expectations. They brand everyone the same and expect the world from you, even when you haven't been their long. Some of the management are just terrible and don't deserve to call themselves manages. They have their favourites and if you're not one of them then you'll know it straightaway. They have a go for reaching targets and not 'smashing' them - why give us KPIs if you still get angry when we hit them? They wonder why their staff turnover is so high? I heard that 30 people have left in the space of a year - not a good sign if you ask me. If the type of office banter you like is racist, sexist and homophobic jokes then you'll fit right in.
