      High performing culture that delivers, great brand, fantastic people, good training for consultants, flexible.

      Cons

      Long hours, big boys club, poor management/training for experienced recruiters, very competitive and behind your back between consultants.

      Remote work Dedicated and humble team

      Cons

      Benefits team was always the dumping ground for everything everyone else didn’t want to do. I never felt a solid sense of trust from upper management. I was in a contract that felt very much like a rollercoaster and very unstable.
