      Hays has industry leading training programmes for all consultants. This enables all consultants to deliver first class service quickly. The scope of career opportunity and development is endless. Opportunities exist globally for those that want it.

      Cons

      The hours can be long but no more so than with any other business within the recruitment industry. Not a 9 to 5 job (or industry!).
