      Pros

      The people, the training, the career path and the opportunity for you to run your own area are all amazing! Having worked for the competition previously I can honestly say this is the best recruitment company to work for in the UK.

      Cons

      It is long hours, very competitive and hard work but that all pays off through the rewards you are given and the career path that is in place.
