      Pros

      Pizza Party once a month for all their overworked and underpaid Support Staff

      Cons

      Toxic culture of bullying and excessive gas lighting They don't follow their own advice when it comes to staff salaries Staff retention was by far the worst i've seen in over 20 years of working Senior Management happy to throw their staff under the bus instead of standing up for them when other staff aren't following correct processes
