      Pros

      Strong branding and marketing. Great industry presence. Fun people, transparent payout of incentives.

      Cons

      top down management with very little for local personnel to move. management team is rigid and organization brings in foreign personnel instead of promoting internally. (typically a problem for local employees as you do not see any in the management level)
