Pros

Nothing really - obviously if you work hard you make more money but you can do that anywhere

Cons

Micromanaging culture that only cares about KPIs, even if you billed let’s say 200,000, they still get on your case about kpis. I’m all for making sure employees have a certain number of people to call, meet, etc, but you can’t be on top of people this much especially when they are making money for the company. Micromanaging culture, I swear the managers treat you like students in an elementary school.
