Management at all levels is terrible. The company promotes unqualified people into management level roles when they are not cut out to be managers. Way too much micro-managing, no flexibility, feels like managers are constantly breathing down your neck. Salaries that they pay do not match the salaries that are reflected in the salary guide that they give to their clients. Most consultants and other staff are highly underpaid. A pretty unprofessional environment to say the least. It’s quite a cliquey environment as well, kind of feels like a high school at times.
