      Good training program and great staff.

      Cons

      Senior Management don't know what is going on, from the top down in Ireland. Worst paying agency recruitment company, and release a salary guide yearly (they could learn from there own salary guide and what workers want report)

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
