      Pros

      The training is amazing for someone who is starting out in recruitment like I was.

      Cons

      Literally the worst culture ever. Inappropriate conversations taking place all day. The hours are terrible. Commission structure is poor. Some consultants have tried to force personal intimate relationships with interns. Unethically billing clients an incorrect invoice just to get paid commission. My list can go on forever.

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
