      Not one aspect of the job made it worth being there

      Cons

      -Horrific pay structure -Hours expected to work do not reflect in pay. If you can work cleaning pots in a kitchen and make more money then something is wrong. - The people management needs better monitoring - People not pleasant to work with - Poor communication - Unnecessarily stressful - The worst work-life balance you could imagine
