      Pros

      Great team and colleagues and team morale - office manager is very supportive and engaging. Training is very good - structured, planned, detailed, in-depth and includes group sessions with consultants at similar stages as you. Opportunity to make a great salary/commission.

      Cons

      Can be slow to start - need to be patient and build your specialism up over time.

      Pros

      Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

      Cons

      Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
