Pros
Grown in the business moving from their specialist team to enterprise team which highlights the progression options you can take as part of Hays. Felt that I've been trusted and given more responsibility over the years which has made me grow professionally. Been able to be part of their diversity network which has been a super supportive environment.
Cons
Specialist tend to have more team rewards, as understandably they are the teams that bill immediate large lump sums, but would be great to see more opportunities to show enterprise appreciation as we're also contributing but in a more long term way.
