      Pros

      Very flexible scheduling. Did everything possible to work around my permanent job so I could work both to earn extra money.

      Cons

      The only downsides are; not closer to where I live and being only a seasonal employee.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
