Pros
Great home/work balance Pay is not bad could be better For the most part the leadership is very understanding when you need a day off.
Cons
Pay is not based on what you know, you could be there 12 years and full time leadership and a non-leadership will make more than you. HR has too much power and is not fair at all to full time employees. Upper management has no power HR bosses them around and won’t let them make the right decisions. If you are not Friends or related to someone in HR you are not safe from anything.
