Depending on department, an easy gig for quick cash -- as long as you get overtime.
Cons
Regardless of years at the company, if you're seasonal, it's minimum wage. They advertise competitive and they are absolutely NOT. The constant chant: we care; we're here for you. If you care, pay me a living wage. A lot of inefficiency: this is how it's always been done. Yeah, staying stupid is par for the course. People keep leaving in droves because the company is only about money. Which is fine, but their idea of a bonus -- is a t-shirt to advertise the company.
