      Pros

      For me, absolutely none. (I assigned hte call center and have pretty bad phone-anxiety.)

      Cons

      The insisted you use your unpaid time for business related activates. (Setting up / shutting down your work station.) resulted in less than nessisary amount of time for breaks.

      Pros

      Remote! Easy to learn the job and was a quick interview process. Good support for information from supervisors

      Cons

      It is seasonal and the hours are based on the work demand at the time so hours are not the same day to day
