Strict and Rigid QA standards with ridiculous expectations that you have to cheat to meet Season is way too busy with way too much work. After season they treat you as disposable and will cut your hours without warning (and some are laid off). They are outsourcing more and more labor which puts strain on the system as the underpaid and overworked overseas agents make numerous errors and anger the customers. This also contributes to hours being cut in the off season. They pretend to care about various causes which is nice but most if it feels like it's profit motivated.
