      The people are all friendly and empathetic. Willing to negotiate and work with employees that work hard

      Cons

      "Good" raises are always significantly lower than inflation rates. Everyone seems to be worked hard and every team seems like they should have an additional member to help with workloads

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
