Rogue Valley and its people make this an amazing place to live. A small group of people are outstanding. They keep the business afloat and make the day tolerable.
Cons
Be cautious with any corporate position posted. The organization initiated a re-org in May, 2021. Legacy systems are collapsing and there is an exodus of talent. You will lack suppport and be provided with no vision to build towards. Performance is measured by hours worked, not results. Project Prioritization is not existent, every project is a priority, so nothing gets completed. Chaos is the well accepted norm and most Modern communication/collaboration tools have not been adopted, and often opposed. Teams burn hours reviewing excel files being passed around as attachments to group email distribution lists. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. This is a culture focused on avoiding another bankruptcy. If you want more than a bic pen, plan on buying it yourself.
