Great heritage, some great staff that has been through tough times and continues to try to make progress despite poor leadership.
Cons
An executive team that is in the wrong industry and a financial investment company as an owner that cares little about the actual company and the community that embraces and needs Harry and David. Products that are commodities, selling for way more than they are worth. As discretionary incomes diminish, so does Harry and David's marketplace significance. Some very poor hiring decisions in key positions......and no, I wasn't let go.....I left due to the misguided direction and quality heading south to save a nickel or dime here while customers get the short end of the stick. Value engineering they say......won't fool people for long.
