Pros

Great brand name on your resume & LinkedIn to get your next gig 45% discount at H&D retail stores Most employees are in the same boat & are helpful and friendly. Generous relocation package (Warning! There is a reason the package is #1 carrot dangled)

Cons

-200+ key positions had their Job titles stripped & received demotions and cut from the bonus pool March 2013. - Company continues to lay-off quietly at the VP level - two more gone summer 2013 - count on major layoffs every Feb/March - terrible benefits: no 401k match, poor & expensive health plan coverage, few PTO days - zero confidence in CEO & his small circle of trust - Knee jerk business decisions made by CEO & CFO - C-level group does not understand online marketing, but live in the past of catalog. - Unable to hire & retain top talent ) -

Pros

Remote! Easy to learn the job and was a quick interview process. Good support for information from supervisors

Cons

It is seasonal and the hours are based on the work demand at the time so hours are not the same day to day
