      It was relatively easy to take a day off (people would take your shift).

      Cons

      Rude managers, lack of training, the big push to up-sell and cross-sell, and a total lack of support.

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
