      The crew is amazing.

      Cons

      Since the company was just bought by 1800 flowers, the layers of management who are unnecessary is puzzling. Feels more like an abusive relationship than a marriage.

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
