      Pros

      Good people, great comitment to quality and food safety by operations staff. Products are top notch.

      Cons

      LOW PAY. No 401k matching. Company acts like employees should worship the place. HR doesn't take the employee's side, ever, in issues. They continue to cut expenses, at cost to employees.

      Remote! Easy to learn the job and was a quick interview process. Good support for information from supervisors

      Cons

      It is seasonal and the hours are based on the work demand at the time so hours are not the same day to day
