Pay was good and benefits were great. I loved my customers who were loyal to the brand.

Cons

It's retail, so it's a bit off balanced when it comes to work/home life. You are required to work nights, weekend, and holidays.

Remote! Easy to learn the job and was a quick interview process. Good support for information from supervisors

Cons

It is seasonal and the hours are based on the work demand at the time so hours are not the same day to day
