      Nice crowd of colleagues in the UK which are easy to get along with and are supportive of your development. Multiple different schemes provided which help progress your career not just in terms of your position at the company.

      Cons

      Some issues with communication on new directives from senior management being communicated to desk level staff which leads to confusion on the approach you are taking on day to day basis.

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
