      Pros

      Nice people and good system when it's not down. Good structure but too many systems to learn. Seems like a stable company

      Cons

      Red tape. Low salaries. Systems are not too stable and management gets little training. Too many managers act as coordinators with titles.

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
