Pros
My experience with HL QSC Mumbai Mumbai has been deeply disappointing, especially under the leadership of Managing Director Jayati Chakraborty. The work environment is marked by insensitivity, inhumane behavior, and a lack of respect for employees. There is a particularly concerning pattern of disregard for women, with little to no support or encouragement for professional growth. Many employees, myself included, have faced unwarranted mistreatment and an overall hostile atmosphere, which has made it impossible to thrive or feel valued. Leadership that fails to promote empathy and respect sets the tone for a toxic culture, and unfortunately, HL QSC Mumbai exemplifies this. I strongly urge the organization to reevaluate its leadership approach and adopt practices that uphold dignity, equality, and fairness for all employees.
Cons
HL QSC Mumbai operates in a way that reflects a complete disregard for employee well-being and respect. Under Jayati Chakraborty’s leadership, the organization has cultivated a toxic and demoralizing work environment. Her behavior towards employees is often dismissive, insensitive, and in many instances, outright inhumane. What makes matters worse is her apparent bias against women, which is shocking and unacceptable in this day and age. Instead of fostering inclusivity and support, the culture under her leadership discourages open dialogue and leaves employees feeling undervalued and isolated. Escalating her poor behaviour and perpetuating toxic culture is pointless as Regional Senior Management turns a complete deaf ear. The general work atmosphere is one of fear and hostility, with little effort from leadership to address genuine concerns or grievances. Employee voices are stifled, and the lack of accountability at the top further exacerbates the issues. For an organization to thrive, respect, empathy, and ethical leadership are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, HL QSC Mumbai seems to be missing all three. Significant changes are needed to rebuild trust and establish a workplace where people are treated with dignity.
