      Pros

      Most employess got their rights, even they have different benefits and pay scales according to their negotiation during the contracting.

      Cons

      Discrimination in pay scale for the same positions. Company policy is not enforced on everyone equally. Many more points when go to details of employees relation with empolyer

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
