Pros

Some great staff and people. Located in a central downtown area.

Cons

Unprofessional staff and middle level management. Was brought to this company as 'temp' through a job agency. Rather then given typical clerical and administrative duties, I was dealt with an extreme workload and expected to learn a month of training within a couple of days. In my first week, after three days of training, I had my notes taken away from me, was told that it was slowing me down. Was bullied by two unprofessional staff members who belittled my work and finally complained to the head manager. The manager was shocked by my experience and finally reported to HR. Too much favortism in this company that allows the behavior of toxic and unprofessional staff to go unmonitored.

Pros

Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

Cons

It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
