Pros
Very diverse environment with people from all backgrounds. This place also provides a stable paycheck. Most of the managers are pleasant and try to help you gain understanding of the material or systems. Also a couple of the HR staff are phenomenally responsive.
Cons
If you're looking to grow, this is not the place for you. Many people seem to have become complacent in their position for 2+ years waiting on an opportunity to move vertically, however the positions offered are only for horizontal movement within the same pay grade. Newer employees with no experience are being trained differently and paid larger salaries, while the requests of the older employees with experience feel ignored. This has caused some tension in the work environment that management consistently finds a way to avoid. Lastly, the call center environment makes the office feel unprofessional due to gossip and the list of rules that have consistently grown over the past few months. Its not a horrible place to work, but it also doesnt make you feel valued as a team player or member of the company. Sometimes it just seems like employees are just wanted to make the company look good during its transition as it makes the money top executives want. The "little people" feel forgotten.
