Besides the benefits, there were no pros for me.
Cons
As far as the cons are concerned, they’re too many to cover. First off, their business process and structure needs to be more efficient. The environment in the office resembles a call center. Upper management is constantly referring to phone kpi’s and is not focused on the level of efficiency that needs to take place in order to complete a customers document correctly. There is no sense of culture and management has a lack of communication with it’s employees. The salary is POOR, therefore you can’t expect people to work to their full potential while increasing work load, if they’re not being properly compensated. I can go on an on trust me! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for this company at the office in Peachtree Corners, GA.
