      Company provided pension plan and 401K match (up to 3% of salary).

      Cons

      Very abusive management, no opportunities for advancement. The work environment is VERY hostile. The pay levels are low compared to competitors.

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
