      professional work environment, opportunities to grow, sense of ownership and stability, leader in shipping industry, encouraging management, friendly human resource policies

      it would have been better if the pay packages are more competitive. It will also help to improve the current systems and infrastructure in place

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
