      - Good systems - Many workflow processes for standardisation and alignment - Solid work culture, people are friendly, nurturing and patient - Good 1st job to gain exposure to commercial and operational considerations as well as to train under pressure

      - Steep learning curve due to many workflow processes flow processes - As a coordinator, we act as a one stop shop of information for many of the departments

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
