Pros

None. The culture is so impersonal, cold and inauthentic that it's laughable that their purpose is about humanity. They don't know the meaning of the word when it comes to looking after their talent.

Cons

Really impersonal, HR think of you and treat you like just a number, no respect for you as a person, or for your talents or expertise. The company just want to make money, and are not focused on people or planet in any meaningful way. The CEO just got £5m in bonus, which is double what he got last year and the business isnt growing at that pace, so clearly a clique of elite friends on the remco. How much did staff get? Nothing close to that! So staff are leaving in droves, and looking for a new employer who actually sees them for the value they bring.

Pros

Pros Highly Competitive Compensation Strong Benefits Package: Excellent 401(k) matching and solid healthcare coverage (with a low $500 deductible). Generous Parental Leave: Offers an exceptional 6-month maternity leave, which is highly supportive for expanding families.

Cons

Growing Micromanagement & Performance Pressure: Over the past few years, the management style has shifted significantly toward heavy micromanagement. Upper management focuses disproportionately on minor errors. Even if 95% of your work is flawless, a single oversight can be excessively scrutinized and publicly singled out in team settings, creating an uncomfortable and demoralizing environment. Subjective Performance Review System: Annual performance reviews are directly tied to bonuses, but the evaluation process feels heavily influenced by personal bias and whether you are in your manager's "favor." This subjectivity can overshadow strong results and high performance.
