      Friendly workplace and culture. Excitement and big things to come for the new company post separation from GSK. Genuine passion in the employees for the products.

      Historically has been a big slow pharma, this should change since becoming pure FMCG company as Haleon. Many senior roles, fewer entry levels.

      Authoritarian work culture in a manufacturing environment. Leadership lacks traits associated with successful managers. People in management positions on site have primarily accessed these positions through tenure and lack adequate training to lead teams successfully. Toxic management.
