      Promotion almost does not exist in this company. Unfortunately, such a beautiful, great worksite is located in one of the worst and most corrupt cities in the USA.

      Authoritarian work culture in a manufacturing environment. Leadership lacks traits associated with successful managers. People in management positions on site have primarily accessed these positions through tenure and lack adequate training to lead teams successfully. Toxic management.
