      Good salary and bemefits that are comparanle to market competitors

      Zero transparency in terms of internal communication.. Company is prone to ghost its own employees before letting them go. They will put you to build simple excel for a month and tell you that soon you will be allocated in some project and thats when they fire you. Leaders don't have a clear vision of future. Company undergoes some sort of restructuring every few months. Employess are always in the edge

      Authoritarian work culture in a manufacturing environment. Leadership lacks traits associated with successful managers. People in management positions on site have primarily accessed these positions through tenure and lack adequate training to lead teams successfully. Toxic management.
