      Benefits package is comprehensive and good Feel as if you're working for the global and successful company that GC (Marsh) is Half day Friday's in summer

      Cons

      Lack of support / willingness from management to help with progression Bonus is decent but pay rises are poor Despite half day Friday's in Summer, other times of the year see you working super long hours and it's just expected that work comes before anything else in those times
