Big company, good benefits, lots of networking opportunities and scope for career progression
Cons
No bonuses for graduates. Not paid as well as those who have joined the company directly and not on the graduate scheme. Rotational aspect means that teams are unwilling to invest in you. A field mostly dominated by men and so can be an uncomfortable environment for women. Lots of nepotism.
