      Good atmosphere. Friendly. Fantastic broad range of global, regional and country specific clients. (Probably the best in the market). Great market reputation.

      Cons

      No training to really speak of. Hard to progress (dead man's shoes) resulting in a frustrated junior workforce. Low salaries.
